I left the following note on my neighbor’s door:
“Dear Neighbor,
Your cat meows. A lot. All day long. Possibly into a megaphone.
Everyone can hear it. And everyone talks about it. We’re all pretty sure you hate your cat, and maybe if you loved it as much as it loves you, it wouldn’t meow as much.
Please take appropriate actions, or I will call animal services.
